Before you begin, it is helpful to familiarize yourself with the terms that you will come across throughout your experience with the G-KEEP product. Here is a list of the most important.
- KEEPER
The KEEPER is the name of the box connected to the vehicle. Each equipped device is therefore the combination of a KEEPER and a vehicle. - Event
An event on the platform means a message sent by KEEPER or a calculation performed by our algorithms that needs to be highlighted. Among the list of events we can find:- Abnormal drop in fuel level
- Abnormal difference when filling the tank
- Cut off the power supply
- Probe disconnected
- Self-protection – Opening the KEEPER
- Lost connection
- Backup battery level at 30%
- Fuel level rise
- Work time
The ignition and shutdown data of the engine captured by the KEEPER, the time data are recovered and you can thus view the usage times of the vehicle. - TCA – Consumption time at standstill
The KEEPER detects the period during which the vehicle is stationary and the engine is running and communicates the information after 3 minutes. Below these 3min, consumption times when stopped are not measured. - Ticket
Fuel tickets can be entered on the platform in order to compare the fillings detected by the device, with those carried out at the station or on the internal pump. - Consumption goals
Thanks to the KEEPER platform and data, you can create categories of vehicles with consumption targets; you can thus quickly analyze the vehicles in over-consumption and those present in the objectives. - Day Excluding calculation
This feature allows you in the event of an anomaly or forgetting to activate the maintenance mode during an intervention on the vehicle for example, to exit the day from the calculations; it will remain re-activatable if necessary.
